The Menelik Hall Foundation will dedicate the Ethiopian Cultural Garden at Cleveland Cultural Gardens in Cleveland from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 24.

Ethiopian Ambassador Fitsum Arega, Cleveland Mayor Frank G. Jackson and councilman Kevin Conwell will be in attendance, along with members of the Ethiopian Cultural Garden committee, including committee member Herb Resnick, a member of the first Peace Corps group to Ethiopia.
