AFP JOHANNESBURG — African leaders are expected to hold a summit on July 21 to discuss the Grand Ethiopia Renaissance Dam (GERD) on the Nile River that has caused tension between Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan, the South African presidency said Monday.
