Forum 65: Dr. Ismail Gorse, Girma Gutema & Dr. Abadir Ibrahim on Oromo-Somali Conflict September 20, 2017 Forum 65: Dr. Ismail Gorse, Girma Gutema & Dr. Abadir Ibrahim on Oromo-Somali Conflict Share this Facebook Messenger Twitter Pinterest Linkedin Whatsapp Reddit Email 0 Comments You better choose experts on the field or residents of border areas. Mr. Girma Gutema has no idea about the history and culture of Harari Oromos and Somalis. Remember, Oromia map is created by Weyane without any study of the history and culture of the border region. Historical periods of Ahmed Gura, first and second Ethio-Somalia wars, and the Agrarian Reform Proclamation of 1975 all have connections to the border problems of today. During these periods, there was a lot of population movements. Once Somali land became Oromo land and vice versa; Once Harari land became Oromo land. How are we going to draw the borderline ? Are we going to demarcate the border going back to history or follow the present residency. Reply Unless the tplf/woyane ethnic federation is demolished, the kilili, demolished and Ethiopia gets back to the geographically based, accepted by all the people the hell shall continue. Go back to the ancient kifle hager and upgrade to state and build federation when all accepted. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
